Mission Statement

Our mission is to sustainably grow and provide fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens that enhance the health and culinary experiences of our local community while promoting environmentally responsible practices.

This mission emphasizes sustainability, quality, community focus, and health benefits—key aspects important to the Northampton Microgreen society. It also aligns with industry trends of organic, local, and nutritious produce supply.

Sustainability: Commitment to environmentally friendly practices, such as minimizing water consumption, minimizing energy consumption, and reducing waste throughout the growing and distribution process.

Quality and Safety: Ensuring that all microgreens are grown, harvested, and handled with the highest cleanliness and safety standards to deliver nutritious and safe products to consumers.

Community Engagement: Supporting local communities by promoting healthy eating, providing education on microgreens nutrition, and fostering strong relationships with regular one on one visits with members and partners.

Transparency and Integrity: Being honest and transparent in all associated practices, from sourcing to contributions, fostering trust and accountability.

Respect for Workers and Members: Upholding ethical labour practices, ensuring fair treatment of contributors and beneficiaries, and valuing member feedback to continuously improve.

This vision and ethical framework highlight sustainable growth, community health focus, and responsible transaction conduct, which are essential principles for a microgreen growing society.

Purpose of the Society

Our objective is to become a leading provider of fresh, nutrient-rich microgreens by using sustainable, innovative growing practices that enhance community health and contribute to a healthier planet. We value a healthy and prosperous spirit, soul and body for all our members. Our intended activities of the Private Members Association is to provide benevolent and philanthropic services to the church and the wider community through workshops, funds, facilitate, implement, and operate these sustainable projects for the benefit of the broader community and for the purpose of furthering the wholistic work of its Custodians which is rooted in the spiritual teachings and practices of Energy, Spirituality, Christianity, Natural Law, Equity, Trust Law and Commerce.

To operate in a private capacity, free from undue governmental interference, in accordance with equity and ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

Ecclesiastical Seal

 

This Society shall bear its own Ecclesiastical Seal and operate as a sovereign spiritual body in alignment with divine authority.

Authority & Jurisdiction

This Society operates solely under the authority of Yahweh/God/Christ, not under any civil or secular authority.

The Society claims jurisdiction under Ecclesiastical Law, Natural Law, and the Law of Equity, superseding statutory and commercial codes.

Nature and Type of Entity

Northampton Microgreens Society operates as a Private, Unincorporated Association under the Right to Private Contract.

Membership

Membership is by voluntary association.

Members are bound by love, faith, and shared commitment, not commercial or statutory obligations.

All members agree to resolve disputes internally according to scripture and ecclesiastical principles

 

 Governance

The Society shall be governed by Elders, Ministers, or Trustees, appointed by spiritual discernment, not political vote.

Leadership is accountable to the Most High and the foundational texts of the faith.

No external authority shall dictate the internal governance of the Ministry.

 

 

Property & Stewardship

All property is held in sacred trust for the benefit of the society and its members.

The Society holds assets in private stewardship, not commercial ownership.

 

 

Finances

The society operates by contributions, donation, tithes, offering, and faith-based giving.

It shall not engage in commercial for-profit ventures unless clearly separated from the society.

No individual shall profit personally; all resources are used to further the societies divine calling to serve the local community.

 

 

Dispute Resolution

Any conflicts shall be resolved through scriptural reconciliation, prayer, and, if necessary, an internal ecclesiastical council, not public courts.
